What does HIIT mean?
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. It is an intense workout training.
What are the types of HIIT workouts you can do at home?
Running: Running intensely, with fast speed, for a specific time.
Push-ups: Beginners should do around 5 sets of 10 push-ups, and if you’re intermediate then, do around 10–20 push-ups of 10 sets. (with a 10-sec break after every set)
Squats: Do more squats. They are the most effective exercise for your legs. They put
pressure on your thighs, buttocks, and calf.
Lunges: Lunges can also do wonders for you as they target the large area of your legs.
There are many other HIIT workout exercises that you can do at home. Such as Treadmill Sprints, Skipping, Cycling, etc.
